Zakres obowiązków:

• Handle day-today Visa Applications - greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining bio-metric data and other documentation,
• Following an established and defined filing and administration process, guided by a computer-based system,
• Ensure engagement with applicants, provide a first-class service and positive customer experience,
• Handle customer complaints and problems assertively,
• Support colleagues to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Oczekiwania:

• Experience in customer service,
• English language skills, preferably also Ukrainian language skills if possible,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a group.
